Sean LaRoque, Ph.D.
Owner
Dr. Sean LaRoque is a psychologist with over 30 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults in a variety of settings.
Sean received his master’s degree in educational psychology and his doctorate in child and adolescent psychology from the University of Arizona. Throughout his career Dr. LaRoque has worked in both private practice and educational settings. Through this work, Dr. LaRoque has specialized in assessing and treating children with developmental disorders, creating cutting edge programming, and supporting post secondary transitions.
Dr. LaRoque is a published researcher in scholarly journals and text, has been a research associate in the Campus Health Center at the University of Arizona and an adjunct professor in the Psychology Department at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. In addition to this experience, Dr. LaRoque is a Founding Partner with Mansfield Hall, Canopy College Coaching, and Tanglio. Dr. LaRoque is also the proud father of three boys.
Dr. LaRoque recognized a pressing need for more effective and efficient assessment tools to help educators, parents, and programs create truly successful transition plans for adolescents and young adults. In response, he developed the Pathway to Independence Framework, (P2I) a comprehensive assessment system refined and validated over many years with the support of researchers at the University of Oregon and the University of Vermont.
Kyle Reardon, Ph.D.

Kyle Reardon, Ph.D., is an Assistant Research Professor in the Secondary Special Education and Transition research unit in the College of Education at the University of Oregon. He is also a Technical Assistance Provider and Evaluator with the National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: the Collaborative (NTACT:C). His research is broadly focused on secondary transitions and postsecondary preparedness for individuals with disabilities. Prior to earning his doctoral degree at the UO, Kyle served in a number of capacities within the field including behavior interventionist, customized employment coordinator, high school SPED teacher, and as the Executive Director of a residential college support program for students with disabilities. Kyle currently serves as adjunct faculty at Portland State University, as a board member for the Disability Studies minor, and as the Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors for FACT Oregon, a non-profit organization that supports Oregon families experiencing disability.
Erin Shoulberg, Ph.D.

Dr. Shoulberg is a developmental psychologist with a specialized background in interdisciplinary
intervention research and applied statistical methodology, including the development and management of large datasets and the use of advanced statistical techniques. Her research
focuses on the development and implementation of interventions that promote young children’s school readiness and mental health. Her work emphasizes close collaboration with community partners, ensuring interventions are grounded in real-world early childhood settings and tailored to meet community needs.
