Step 1: Set up account
Contact us to get set up with a tailored P2I Assessment Systems account and start measuring independence today.
Step 2: Build Assessment Plan
We'll help you determine the domains that matter to your setting and focus. Choose from a menu of key domain measures to create a tailored assessment plan that ensures you get the essential information to meet the needs of the individual and program. Have your own customized assessment you'd like to include? Let us know and we can add this to your account so you can manage all of your assessments on one dashboard.
Step 3: Assign Assessments
Assign assessments to an individual or groups of individuals on an as needed basis, or create a schedule to send assessments on a pre planned timeline. The P2I Assessment Dashboard allows you to monitor assessment completion progress and send reminders if needed.
